Date nights are a convenient way to provide a fun night out for couples that creates an environment for marital enrichment. Many couples are more likely to spend 2.5 hours investing in their marriage than attending a longer marriage retreat. Most churches or organizations that provide The Marriage Design Date Night, also provide childcare for couples, as well as dessert or snacks. Mike and Gabi typically draw attendees in through a large group ice breaker that has couples laughing and cheering one another on. Then, they spend 1.5 hours teaching an original marital session to help spouses grow in their marital relationship. There are currently sixteen topics to choose from. If the church or organization desires the Keenum’s to create a new session, this can be done for an additional fee.
Date nights are $800 per session. Some churches or organizations charge couples a small fee to attend, whereas other groups provide this as a free ministry to their married couples.
